After delivering a multi billion pound strategy & change programme for one of the largest retailers in Europe, and working across customer experience, sales, retail, training and operations, it was time for a transformation.
Based in Hertfordshire, SCUCO was founded on the philosophy of supporting niche business needs. This means helping individuals and Businesses improve their knowledge and experience, and seeing their business challenges from a fresh perspective.

Kate Scutt, Director
Kate is unique, with senior management experience of leading not only complex billion pound programmes but also concept design and implementation of small business propositions. Kate’s track record has seen extraordinarily high levels of customer satisfaction with the programmes she has delivered, down to her customer focused and results driven approach. With very strong interpersonal skills, Kate has a broad skill set spanning customer experience, operational & people management, business strategy, sales management and insight analysis.
Kate is also a qualified Prince 2 project manager and customer experience professional.
